I'm getting a little confused at the categories and when the last time this was updated.

Please let us know... Is Menumachine 3 still being developed?

I haven't heard anything for quite a while. I think it would be nice to have a mailing list where we all get periodic updates to what's going on with MenuMachine 3.

Once again please let us know when we can expect a timeline for release. I hope it's still being developed. I know you can make a much better version of creating menus than anyone else, so please let us know.

So is this plugin still being actively developed or is it going to be like Duke Nukem Forever? Q1 of 2009 was a while ago. Any updates?

Haven't used it but sounds interesting and I love Coda.

@Justs:
Yes, the new version will play nicely with CMS and other server-side code.

Hi Rob,

I'm also still missing MM a lot! I'm very very much looking forward for a kind of stand-alone MenuMaker. Like many other web designers, I made the transition from working with GoLive to Dreamweaver. But I (as many others) moved further forward to working with a CMS. In my case TYPOlight (www.typolight.org), a very elegant system which has a growing community of fans. Like in other CMSs too, the navigation module in TYPOlight works with lists (UL / LI structure). Are you planning to make the new version of MM so that it can make CSS and JS files that can be used in conjunction with CMSs like TYPOlight and Joomla? Would be so nice.

Bye,

Just

We haven't announced yet what form the MenuMachine UI will take, but it will be very flexible. As for InContext Editing support, it's not something we're looking at for the initial release but we will investigate it.

Do you plan on making the Coda version of MenuMachine 3 as one combined app, or split up into different variations? (vertical, horizontal, effects, etc...) Is it possible that the outputted menu will be compatible with Adobe's InContext Editing? Thanks for all your hard work.
