I hope it's still being developed. I know you can make a much better version of creating menus than anyone else, so please let us know. I'm very very much looking forward for a kind of stand-alone MenuMaker. Like many other web designers, I made the transition from working with GoLive to Dreamweaver. But I (as many others) moved further forward to working with a CMS. In my case TYPOlight (www.typolight.org), a very elegant system which has a growing community of fans. Like in other CMSs too, the navigation module in TYPOlight works with lists (UL / LI structure).
